Shipping Policy

At Hakeemi PPE, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so customers receive their products without unnecessary delays.

Standard Free Shipping

We offer standard free shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery is expected to arrive within 1–2 business days in most cases, with a maximum estimated delivery time of up to 5 business days from the date the package is shipped.

Please note that delivery times begin after the package has been handed over to the carrier, not from the time the order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment during normal business days. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, high order volume, or carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

Carrier Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Return & Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in every scenario involving a return, exchange, replacement request, or any item being sent back to us, including return postage, packaging, carrier fees, and any related shipping charges.

Original shipping costs, upgraded shipping fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
